The food was wonderful. Great Job!
I would like to see more Southern cuisine
Your new web site it great but it still doesnt fit an 8 2/2 x 22 page to print out your menu....I have to got to landscape to get it all...just needs to be moved in closer. Judy @ St. Johns - we get a lot of requests for your menu so I usually print it out first thing Friday morning to view from my desk!
Who cooks your food? Do you have a kitchen on site?
Dear Judy. Webmaster here. Thanks much for your comments. Please find printable menu button on page. You will need acrobat reader if the file does not automatically open. Please get it here free at www.acrobat.com Thanks for your input. Have a Blessed Day! Ron.
The clam chowder last week was very good!!!!! I think it should be served more often!;-)
Really loved this week's Menu! Keep up the good work guys!
I love to visit the Cafe. We had wonderful service Friday. My Mom loves to go downtown.Eveyone always makes her feel so special. The Soup was the best! I hope they serve it again. What a wonderful idea to have this at the Cathedral.
How often is the menu to the left updated? I try to check on Thursdays and the menu always still shows the week before. I like dining at the cafe, but due to dietary restrictions I would like to know what is being served before I arrive.
This is the second time I have been and the first time was much better than the second. I guess it was the new location and the fact that several staff were no shows but I am a city employee on an hour lunch. I arrived at 11:40pm and promptly placed my entire order. By 12:20pm, 40 minutes later, I had a cup of black bean soup and a glass of tea. The word tip which I left $5 and $2 for the piano player means To Insure Promptness. Not that the food is cooked right or looks pretty or even tastes good. It means get it there no matter what and if can't get it there then at least do a real good job of keeping the glasses full. Twice I was asked if I wanted more tea and twice I said yes only to be disappointed. Don't ask me for something if you are not going to deliver. I am not going to tell you my server nor my table as I worked my way through two years of college in a delicatessen. I have been there and I have done that. Bon appetit and remember keep the glasses full even when you are short-handed as sometime in the real world you will be.
What a wonderful place. The food is very good and consistently well done. Very nice atmosphere and the folks are very accomodating. Thanks for the great service to our community!
Oh my gosh! The Lemon Basil Chicken Wrap was to die for.... and the mediterranean salad (was that couscous with cranberrys, lemon zest and spices)... ahh delicous... I got mine to go, so haven't had the peach soup, fruit or desert yet, but I just had to let you know who absolutely wonderful the food was... :-) Can't wait for next week!!!!
